How does it work?
Once signed up with Ninepike, you can create a request for any restaurant. In the request, you will specify your food allergies, food items you are interested in, and any other additional questions you may have. Ninepike will then communicate directly with the restaurant and provide you with a detailed report with what we find. This detailed report will contain food items that the restaurant has specified are safe to eat with your given set of food allergies. We also provide other useful information, such as how allergy-friendly the restaurant claims to be.
How long does it take to hear back after I create a request?
If you create your request within business hours of the restaurant, you can expect to hear back from us same-day. Note, if you create the request near restaurant closing time, expect to hear back the next business day.
How reliable is Ninepike?
We source our information directly from the restaurant, often from the chef or manager. But in rare instances, we may receive misinformation, so you must always check directly with the restaurant before consuming any food. You can learn more about that in our terms of service.
